Based in Houston, Texas. Ashmita began her career as a market technical support representative after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2019 with a bachelor's in electrical engineering. She is the electrification solutions manager for Ergon's HyVolt dielectric fluids. She is a member of IEEE, IEC, CIGRE, ASTM, and OCP. She is responsible for projects, product development, strategy planning, and overall support for HyVolt.

Herman has over 36 years of experience in the field of power and distribution transformers with companies including Thomson Electric and Areva, with GE Energy Services as a subject-matter expert (SME) specializing in the design and manufacturing of advanced systems and technologies applicable to the monitoring and diagnostics of oil-filled power transformers and their components. He is an active member in the IEEE Standards Committee and a member of CIGRE, and he has co-authored several papers on monitoring and diagnostics .

Brian Chiam

Lead Technical Application Engineer, GE Vernova

Brian is a monitoring and diagnostic technical application engineer in the China-East Asia-Pacific region based in Singapore. He is responsible for driving development and supporting M&D business, products and solutions in the region. He has more than 15 years of experience in a broad portfolio of products, solutions and services, from transmission and distribution to the power supply point for home and commercial users. He holds a diploma in electrical and computer control engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.

Saman Ranasinghe

Regional APM Sales and Business Development Leader, GE Vernova

Based in Singapore with over 25 years of experience, Saman started his career in project management in subsea oil and gas, and power generation, transmission, and distribution, before embracing the opportunity to embark into asset performance management, where his key functions are business management and adoption of digital software to drive transformation throughout the industries. He holds a bachelor's in electrical and electronics engineering from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland.

CEO PT Ika Maju Sejahtera, Former General Manager of Transmission Central Java - PT PLN (Persero)

Sumaryadi has worked for PLN for more than 38 years, starting his career from Muara Karang PLTU Jakarta, PLN Distribution and Java Bali Load Dispatch Centre Bali (P3B JB), PLN Kalimantan Region, PLN Head Quarter Planning Directorate and General Manager of Transmission Management Unit in East and Central Java. In 2009, He lead young and energetic engineers to make a breakthrough of redefining the design of power transformers in PLN. This was done because in the last 10 years, the failure rate, especially for 150/20 60 MV transformers, was quite high. Design changes are made so that the transformer is able to work properly in accordance with system conditions in Indonesia. Power Failure Investigation (PFI) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) are the tools used, so that design changes to answer the challenges of operational conditions in Indonesia. In addition to design, the team he leads also changed the maintenance pattern, starting from the assessment stage of the existing transformer to the implementation of condition-based maintenance by using on line monitoring as an early warning. He holds a bachelors in electrical engineering from Institute Science & Technology Nation (ISTN) and master degree in electrical engineering from Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB).

Harry Gumilang

Manager of PLN Karawang Transmission Unit

Harry has worked for nearly 20 years at PLN, the largest electricity company in Indonesia. Throughout his career at PLN, he has gained extensive experience in setting up and conducting oil testing on power transformers. He has also authored numerous scientific papers related to power transformer maintenance, particularly in the analysis of power transformer insulating oil testing.

Didik Susilo Widianto

Transformer Senior Expert - PT Unelec Indonesia (UNINDO)

Didik has 34 years of experience in the Transformer design and manufacturing process. In his current role in PT Unindo, he leads the NPI process for special transformer design as well as shunt reactors. He also leads the process for implementing PD Free manufacturing processes. He actively participates as a speaker at power transformer & reactor seminars and trainings in domestic and international fora. Didik graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), majoring in Electrical Power.
